Restore Confidence with Safe, Effective Lesion Removal
Small skin blemishes can significantly impact self-confidence. In some cases, they may also cause physical discomfort catching on clothing or jewelry and becoming irritated or sore.

Currently, the NHS does not offer removal for what are classified as cosmetic lesions, which can leave many people feeling as though there are no treatment options available.

That’s where Eco Skin Clinic can help. We offer safe and effective removal or reduction of benign (non-cancerous) skin lesions using advanced aesthetic techniques.

Worried about a mole or skin lesion?

For mole removal procedures, we require written authorisation from your GP or dermatologist confirming that the lesion is safe to treat before we can proceed. We also may find that during your consultation, if we determine that a lesion requires medical evaluation prior to removal, we will refer you to your GP or dermatologist for assessment.

Most people cannot afford private dermatology fees, ranging from £175 to £300, and getting to see a GP takes time and often results in a referral to a specialist. The waiting time from start to finish for a patient can be weeks and for some patients this is an anxious wait - which is avoidable.
We offer Map My Mole, a professional lesion assessment service that provides expert evaluation from UK consultant dermatologists, typically within 24-48 hours.

Using a specialist medical-grade dermatoscope, we capture detailed, magnified images of your mole or skin lesion that reveal details not visible to the naked eye.
This service is particularly beneficial for:
-
Obtaining a professional opinion when a mole has changed in size, shape, or colour, has an irregular border, is itchy or bleeding, or appears significantly different from other moles
-
Receiving rapid expert assessment without the typical waiting times associated with NHS dermatology appointments
-
Securing the written confirmation required for Cryopen treatment
-
Digitally tracking changes in moles over time, ensuring early detection and providing peace of mind
-
Determining whether a lesion requires further medical investigation or is suitable for aesthetic treatment
The dermatologist's report will provide an expert opinion on what the lesion represents, along with treatment recommendations where appropriate, enabling us to advise you on the most suitable next steps.

Advanced Electrolysis
Advanced Electrolysis, also known as Advanced Cosmetic Procedures (ACP), is a highly specialised treatment that uses Short Wave Diathermy (High-Frequency A/C) to effectively treat a wide range of unwanted skin blemishes and benign lesions.

ACP treatments are safe, precise, and often deliver immediate visible results. The duration of each session depends on the type and size of the concern being treated. Your practitioner will assess your skin and advise on what to expect, as treatment time can vary and must be tailored to each individual.

To ensure the best outcome, a personalised treatment plan will be created. This plan takes into account your skin’s sensitivity, healing response, and the nature of the lesion, while also respecting your personal needs, goals, and preferences. Careful attention is given to spacing and treatment intervals to avoid overworking the area and to promote optimal healing.

Cryopen
Advanced Cryotherapy for
Skin Lesion Removal
CryoPen is the world-leading device for removing benign skin lesions, utilising advanced freezing technology that is fast, effective, and safe. This powerful handheld cryosurgery tool delivers an ultra-cold jet of high-pressure nitrous oxide directly to skin lesions, removing benign cosmetic concerns quickly and effectively.

What Can CryoPen Treat?
CryoPen is suitable for clinical treatment of various benign skin lesions including skin tags, warts, pigmentation, angiomas, and many more. The device is also effective for removing moles, milia, cherry angiomas, age spots, and sun spots

Please note: Therapists may use different pens, please check in the which therapists do this treatment dropdown below if you have a preference.

Plasma Pen
The Plasma Pen, also known as Fibroblast Treatment, is an advanced, non-surgical procedure used to safely remove or reduce the appearance of benign skin lesions. It works by delivering a small, controlled arc of plasma energy just above the skin's surface, which instantly sublimates (vaporises) the targeted tissue without affecting the surrounding skin.

The treatment stimulates the skin’s natural healing response and collagen production, resulting in smoother, clearer skin with minimal downtime. Most clients experience rapid results, and in many cases, only one treatment is needed—though this can vary depending on the lesion type and depth.
As with all lesion removal procedures at Eco Skin Clinic, a full consultation is required to assess the area and determine the most appropriate treatment method for your skin and condition.
