Restore Confidence with Safe, Effective Lesion Removal
Small skin blemishes can significantly impact self-confidence. In some cases, they may also cause physical discomfort catching on clothing or jewelry and becoming irritated or sore.
Currently, the NHS does not offer removal for what are classified as cosmetic lesions, which can leave many people feeling as though there are no treatment options available.
That’s where Eco Skin Clinic can help. We offer safe and effective removal or reduction of benign (non-cancerous) skin lesions using advanced aesthetic techniques.
Tailored Treatment Options
At Eco Skin Clinic, we use a variety of proven technologies to suit each client’s skin type and specific lesion.

pigmentation removal
We offer targeted pigmentation removal using two advanced technologies - Cryopen and Nd:YAG laser - each selected based on the type and characteristics of your pigmentation for optimal, safe results.
What We Treat: Sun damage, age spots (solar lentigines), seborrheic keratosis, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and general skin discoloration.
What We Don't Treat: We cannot treat melasma, as it often worsens with these treatments. Moles, suspicious lesions, or any pigmentation that has changed in size, shape, or color must be assessed by a dermatologist first. A consultation is required to determine suitability and the best treatment approach for your specific pigmentation.

Pricing is based on the size of each pigmented area:
Small Pigmentation (1-3mm):
First area: £50
Additional areas (same size): £10 each
Medium Pigmentation (3-6mm):
First area: £60
Additional areas (same size): £15 each
Large Pigmentation (6mm+):
Calculated per 6mm increment
Example: 12mm lesion = £60 + £15 = £75
Example: 18mm lesion = £60 + £15 + £15 = £90
Multiple lesions can be treated in one session. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation.
IMPORTANT: Laser Treatment Protocol
Laser pigmentation removal cannot be performed on the same day as your initial consultation. A mandatory patch test must be conducted at least 2 weeks prior to your treatment appointment to ensure skin compatibility and safety.

Pre-Treatment Preparation:
Before your appointment, you'll need to remove the thickened skin overlying the wart or verruca. This can be done by applying a salicylic acid preparation for approximately one month prior to treatment, or by regularly using a pumice stone. Removing this hard skin layer allows the freezing to penetrate deeper and target the virus more effectively.
What to Expect:
Because you're treating both a lesion and a persistent virus, multiple treatments are typically required - usually 3-6 sessions spaced several weeks apart. Patience and consistency are key, as the immune system needs time to clear the virus completely. Results improve progressively with each treatment as both the visible wart and underlying infection are eliminated.
A consultation is required to assess your wart or verruca and create an appropriate treatment plan.

This can be done through your GP but due to the long waiting list, it can become frustrating.
Due to this we have teamed up with UK Consultant Dermatologists to provide a digital mole review service.
You come into the clinic, we have a specialist dermatoscope that we can use to take detailed pictures to send to a group of Dermatologists, that along with a short questionnaire we fill out with you will assess the mole and send you and ourselves a report on it.
If the Dermatologists are happy it just being a standard mole we can safely remove it with our Cryopen.
