How to Purchase
All gift cards must be purchased online through our website.

When you complete your purchase, the recipient will receive their gift card by email either immediately or on a date you specify. Please ask them to check their spam folder if the email doesn't arrive in their inbox.
Important: We cannot honor lost or expired gift cards.

Physical Gift Cards
If you'd like a physical card to present in person, we offer cards printed on recycled paper (which can be recycled after use). These are available for collection from the clinic only.

To obtain a physical card:

Purchase a gift card online and have it sent to your own email address

Visit the clinic and show us the confirmation email

We'll transfer the details onto a physical card for you to give

Note: We are unable to post physical cards. For gifts sent directly to the recipient, please use our digital gift cards.
