About Vicki
Vicki has worked in the beauty and skin industry since 1994, with a particular passion for skin that began with her own experience of acne.
After completing her A Levels, she discovered the BTEC HND in Beauty Therapy at the London College of Fashion. At the time, it was one of the highest vocational qualifications available within the industry and gave her the opportunity to turn a personal interest in skin and skincare into a career.
More than 30 years later, skin remains as much an interest outside work as it is a profession. Vicki continues to research new treatments, technologies, ingredients and products, often trying treatments herself before deciding whether they have a place in her clinic.
Alongside her work as founder of Eco Skin Clinic, Vicki runs her own independent practice, The Facialist Ltd, from the clinic, specialising in advanced facial treatments, skin rejuvenation and personalised skin programmes.
Vicki's Approach
For Vicki, treating skin is about much more than choosing a treatment. She takes a holistic approach, looking at the skin alongside lifestyle, stress, confidence and how you feel about your appearance.
Appointments are relaxed and personal. Vicki is naturally chatty when you want to talk, but equally happy to let you switch off and enjoy some quiet time. Education is an important part of her approach, so you understand why a treatment or product is recommended.
Where appropriate, Vicki also incorporates relaxing elements into treatments - even during microneedling, a mask processing time might become an opportunity for a neck and shoulder massage rather than simply waiting.

Vicki has extensive training in a wide range of advanced treatments, but there are a few that she is particularly passionate about.
Microneedling
A favourite treatment due to its versatility. It allows Vicki to treat the face, neck and delicate eye area while targeting a wide range of concerns, from fine lines and ageing skin to texture and scarring. She enjoys combining microneedling with specialist serums and mesotherapy products for even better results.
Ageing Skin
Ageing skin is a particular area of interest for Vicki, partly because it's something she is experiencing herself. She loves trying treatments and skincare personally, so she can recommend what genuinely makes a difference.
PulseLift
PulseLift is the treatment Vicki personally wouldn't want to be without. It's part of her own maintenance routine and she knows when she's due another session, because she starts looking in the mirror and thinking she suddenly looks older!

About The Facialist
The Facialist Ltd is Vicki's independent skin and aesthetics practice, based within Eco Skin Clinic.
The name reflects the part of the industry she has always been most passionate about, facial treatments and skin.
Through The Facialist she offers advanced facials, microneedling, skin rejuvenation, injectable skin treatments and other advanced procedures, combining technology with hands-on treatments and a strong focus on long-term skin health.
Vicki continues to undertake specialist training as treatments, technology and professional skincare evolve.
Outside The Clinic
Someone once told Vicki,
"you're the only person 1 know whose job is also your hobby and it probably sums her up perfectly.
Away from the clinic, Vicki is a keen gym goer and has been a member of her local gym for over 26 years.
She is married, with two adult sons. and life at home also includes a dog and a cat.
Working at Eco Slin Clinic
Vicki has worked from the Walthamstow premises since 1998 and has seen the surrounding area change enormously over the years. Eco Skin Clinic is conveniently located, close to Waltham Forest College and the Town Hall, making it easily accessible for clients from across Walthamstow and the surrounding East London and Essex areas.
