Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations, or 48 hours' notice for treatments lasting over two hours.

If sufficient notice is not provided, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. As we are all independent therapists, your therapist will contact you directly with a payment link for any cancellation fees. Payment of this fee is required before rebooking future appointments.

Deposits: For appointments over two hours, your therapist may contact you directly via email or message to request a deposit.
​
Please note that all deposit and cancellation fee requests come directly from your individual therapist, not from the clinic. As independent practitioners, we rely on these policies to protect our time and income when appointments are missed or cancelled at short notice.

​To choose your therapist, click on the treatment you want and you can choose from the drop down on that treatment first available, which gives you the first available appointment with any therapist or if you click that box you can choose the therapist you wish to have the treatment with.
