Used for: Skin Tags, Pigmentation (e.g. Age Spots, Solar Lentigo, Sun Spots — excluding melasma), Blood Spots (Campbell de Morgan Spots / Cherry Angiomas), Milia, Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra, Seborrhoeic Warts, Facial Warts, Warts and Verrucas (on hands and feet), Xanthelasma, Sebaceous Conditions and Moles (with a doctors letter)
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Absolute Contraindications
Suspicious, changing, bleeding or undiagnosed lesions
Suspected melanoma or skin cancer
Pregnancy (precautionary)
Cryoglobulinemia or cold intolerance disorders
Raynaud’s disease
Cold urticaria
Poor circulation in treatment area
Open wounds or active infection
History of keloid scarring
Relative Contraindications
Diabetes (delayed healing)
Autoimmune disorders
Immunosuppression
Fitzpatrick IV–VI (risk of hypopigmentation)
Recent sunburn or UV exposure
PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE
Avoid sun exposure and fake tan for 2 weeks prior.
Do not apply self-tan or heavy products on the day.
Ensure lesion has been assessed as benign (GP or clinician if required).
Avoid blood thinning medication where medically safe (GP advice required).
Stay well hydrated.
AFTERCARE ADVICE
Area may appear white immediately post-treatment.
Redness, swelling and mild blistering may occur.
A scab may form within 24–72 hours.
Do NOT pick or remove crusts.
Keep area clean and dry.
Avoid makeup on the area for 24 hours (or until blister settles).
Avoid sun exposure for 4–6 weeks.
Apply SPF 50 daily once healed.
Lesion typically darkens before falling away within 7–14 days (longer for thicker lesions).

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Absolute Contraindications
Suspicious or unassessed lesions
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Fitzpatrick V–VI (risk of PIH)
History of keloid scarring
Isotretinoin within 12 months
Active skin infection
Autoimmune healing disorders
Pacemaker
Relative Contraindications
Diabetes
Smokers
Anticoagulant use
Recent sun exposure
Inflammatory skin conditions
PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE
Avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks prior.
Stop retinoids/acids 7 days before.
No recent laser or peel in area (4 weeks).
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before.
Lesion must be confirmed benign.
AFTERCARE ADVICE
Carbon crust will form immediately.
DO NOT pick or remove crust.
Keep dry for 24 hours.
Apply recommended healing balm only.
Avoid makeup until crust detaches naturally (5–10 days).
Avoid sun for 8–12 weeks.
SPF 50 mandatory once healed.
Redness may persist for several weeks.

PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE
Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks prior.
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before.
Discontinue retinol/acids 5–7 days prior.
Do not wax or irritate the area beforehand.
Ensure veins are suitable (not large varicosities).
AFTERCARE ADVICE
Redness and mild swelling expected.
Small scabs may form (especially for blood spots).
Do NOT pick.
Avoid heat (sauna, gym, hot baths) for 48 hours.
Avoid makeup for 24 hours.
Avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks.
Use SPF daily.
Treated veins may darken temporarily before fading over 2–6 weeks.
Nd:YAG Laser – Pigmentation Removal
(For sun damage, age spots, lentigines, superficial pigmentation)
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Absolute Contraindications
Pregnancy
Suspicious or undiagnosed pigmented lesions
Melanoma history in treatment area
Isotretinoin within 6–12 months
Active infection
Recent tanning or fake tan
Photosensitive medication
History of keloid scarring
Relative Contraindications
Fitzpatrick IV–VI (requires careful settings)
Melasma (may worsen)
Autoimmune disorders
Recent peel or resurfacing
PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE
Avoid sun exposure and fake tan for minimum 4 weeks.
Stop retinol and active exfoliants 7 days prior.
No waxing or chemical peels 2–4 weeks before.
Inform clinic of any new medication.
Pigmented lesions must be assessed as benign prior to treatment.
AFTERCARE ADVICE
Pigmentation will darken immediately (coffee-ground appearance).
Mild redness and swelling may occur.
Area may crust lightly and flake off within 5–10 days.
Do NOT pick.
Avoid heat and sweating for 48 hours.
No exfoliation for 7–10 days.
Strict SPF 50 for minimum 6–8 weeks.
Avoid sun exposure during healing phase.
